Historical tour of Boka Bay

On this beautiful tour, you will have an opportunity to visit 3 different places and hear historical landmarks and stories about them.

Our Lady of the Rocks is the first attraction. Floating off the shore of the picturesque Baroque town of Perast, the island has a pretty blue-domed church and an adjoining museum with artefacts dating back to the Bronze Age.

St Georges Island – situated nearby under the shadow of cypress tress is the other island – St George which is also nicknamed the “Island of the Dead”. Here resides a Benedictine abbey and a cemetery. Unfortunately, the island is prohibited to visit.

The third location of this tour is Perast Old Town and its city museum. A UNESCO site that whispers melancholic stories of days when its habitants lived in lavishness and splendor, enjoying an overall powerful reign. Dubbed as “one of the most beautiful places in the Bay of Kotor, Perast has an incontestable allure that’s charming guests with its ancient demeanor.
