This 5000 m2 stone building complex is situated outside the city walls, near Ploce gate. When Dubrovnik was a republic, this complex served as a quarantine facility. It was a guarantee that individuals entering the town wouldn’t pose a hazard for an epidemic spread because to Dubrovnik’s rich history, culture, and strong trade connections.

Due to its strategic location on the Mediterranean, Dubrovnik had to make sure that visitors to the town first spent 40 days at this complex. Private events can be held at a venue of such historical significance today.

No other area in Dubrovnik is as adaptable, as close to the old City, or as perfect for any wedding setup, providing both indoor and outdoor alternatives for your wedding. From here, you can also see the historic port, the island of Lokrum, a section of the city walls, and the Fort St. John.
