Tivat Guide

Tivat is located in the central part of the Boka Kotorska Bay, south of the Vrmac Hill. The town has undergone a major makeover – courtesy of the multimillion-dollar redevelopment of its old naval base into a first-class marina. The town has a reputation as being one of the sunniest spots in the Boka Kotorska Bay. It is an excellent stop on a trip around the bay, and is a useful base for exploring the Vrmac and Luštica Peninsulas.

Home to Porto Montenegro Marina village, Tivat is the heart of the coastline’s growing superyachts industry.

Catering to its bustling nautical community with new restaurants, bars and cafes cropping up across town, Marina has a vibrant village with many events, activities for vistors, shops and 5* SPA at Regent Hotel.

Their menu is continually adapting to reflect what the land and sea have to offer, with seasonal vegetables and recently caught fish taking center stage. Enticing, light, creative.
